Interwest Piering & Concrete Lifting is excited to announce that we are now certified contractors of the patented Stabil-loc Foundation Piering System!
Because of their shape, helical piles screw into the ground rather than being augered or forcefully driven into the soil. Instead, torque is applied to screw helical piers into the ground. This method is less disruptive to the soil and doesn’t generate the surplus of waste and spoils that is often brought to the surface when using drilled shafts or augercast piles. With little to no augered soil to worry about, helical piles virtually eliminate unexpected hauling and disposal costs.
Foundation and structure are two things that every building must have to be stable and safe. When it’s time to repair and stabilize these fundamental aspects of a building, the Magnum Steel Push Piering system should be your first choice. This system provides full-scale load tests with each pier installation, and the installation process is uniquely fast and effective.
